Tried a new product today by Sweet Earth:Korean BBQ Chick‘n

The Plant-based Chick’n can be found in Whole Foods. It’s already cooked so one just needs to heat up or stir fry. I stir fried the chicken in a little oil and tried it on top of my salad with tomatoes. I would have added more veggies in my salad for a variety of color. The Chick’n was tasty and flavorful. Yum!
