Baked Snack crackers with Chicken Salad

Happy Fall!!

Social Nature invites people to try "better for you products" which are vegan, plant based and gluten free.

This weekend I tried a Simple Mills product: Almond Crackers- Sun Dried Tomato and Basil

I did add meat (anti-inflammatory) to my snack crackers:

Chicken Salad

Cooked Rotisserie Chicken - shredded (I got chicken from Sam's Club)

Add Mayo (or Avocado Mayo)

Cilantro

Salt, Pepper and a little lime

Mix

Scoop Chicken Salad to top of Almond crackers

Save Chicken Salad in container for later.

Fun quick snack for every family member
